I grew up in Salem, NH, and have moved throughout the Southern NH region. That experience has provided me with valuable knowledge that I can share with you regarding the areas that you want to buy or sell in. So I feel I am very knowledgeable in the areas you want to buy or sell.   When I am not working with clients I spend time with my son who is an avid hockey player and fisherman.

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers. We had requested a showing at a home and was contacted by someone from Trulia who gave us a local agent. We had scheduled the showing and something came up and Lisa (local realtor) couldn't make it but said Stacey would meet us. Whatever the reason Lisa couldn't make it happened for a reason. Stacey was awesome from the start. Very outgoing and friendly. Broke things down for us knowing we were first time buyers. Took us seriously even though we are on the younger side. She knew a lot about the area we were looking in and recommended good neighborhoods. We looked at a bunch of places I sent her and even some she had found and scheduled. We went on a haul one day and looked at 5 or 6 houses in one day. At the end of the day there were things I loved about some houses and hated as well. Stacey told us to make a list. And we were talking (my parents, boyfriend and myself) about the houses and how one was missing this but had this and another had that but missing this. Then it dawned on me we completely forgot about the 2nd house we went to see that day! We were all in agreement it was a nice starter house. Beautiful little 2 bedroom ranch, 1/2 finished basement, huge gorgeous deck, nice front and back yard and in a nice neighborhood! We spoke with Stacey and she agreed with us about the house and we put an offer in. When the offer was accepted Stacey was just as happy as we were! I never realized how much of a long and drawn out process buying a house was. But Stacey made it a positive thing and was always telling us to look on the positive side and everything happens for a reason. She was nothing but great to work with. Very straight forward and not afraid to push to get things done. Even on the night before our closing day when things were at a standstill she was telling me we would get this done. And we did. After a long painful few hours of waiting to see what was going on we finally got the okay to proceed the next morning! We all breathed a sigh of relief because we were all on the edge of our seats waiting for an answer. Tomorrow is the day my boyfriend and I will be homeowners! And we could NOT have done this without Stacey there every step of the way! And I highly recommend working with her!
